At the Barça Official Store, we want you to wear your colors with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the official merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

  Ship to Store

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
